Dues are $25. Prizes, giveaways, and good times included.
Members will need to apply for membership by completing this form for the 2026-27 school year. In the form, you can access a link to pay by Zeffy. Please contact Cindy Assini (cassini) or Gabby Rendek (grendek) with any concerns. NJSSSA emails for volunteers end in @njsssa.org.
Membership benefits include access to our listserv and invitations to meetings. In addition, members vote on the Board of Directors and association business.
According to our by-laws, "All current, former, and prospective educational supervisors, lead teachers and educators designated to a leadership position who represent a department’s, school’s, or district’s social studies education are eligible to become members of this Association. Membership will be offered to individuals in leadership positions in social studies-related organizations, government organizations, and institutions of higher education."
